A smaller long cut compared to the loin roast, the tenderloin is the most tender cut. It is a beautiful cut that can be cooked whole or sliced into medallions. Our pigs are heritage breeds and tend to be on the smaller side. If you have a large family or meat lovers you might want to order multiple packs.
